    Report Types

LMS provides a variety of division reports. The information on these reports is specified in division settings and can be modified after a division is created. Players do not need an LMS account to view the reports so a link to the reports page for a division can be emailed or otherwise posted for league use.

    Team Report

The team report is one of the most viewed reports in LMS. It contains the current standings for all teams in the division. Team standings are calculated from the information in the Team Standings Order field in the team settings.

    Team Standings Setting

Using the standings order field, you specify the criteria that are most important to your division and the order in which you want the criteria applied. The following criteria are available. Please note that not all criteria will apply to every type of division. For example, if you have a set-based division than Rounds Won would not apply.

    • Matches Won - The number of matches won by a team.
    • Rounds Won - The number of rounds won by a team.
    • Games Won - The number of games won by a team.
    • Total Points - The total points earned by a team.
    • Sets Won - The number of sets won by a team.

The standings order field lists all combinations of these criteria and lets you choose which ones you wish to see on the team report. For example, if you choose Matches Won|Rounds Won|Total Points as your criteria, those three items will be listed on the team report. Teams will first be ordered by Matches Won, then by Rounds Won, and finally by Total Points.

    Team Standings

You can sort the teams by clicking on any of the column headings. The column headings in the team report contain abbreviations. Here are what they mean:

    • # - This is the position of a team in the standings.
    • W/L - This tracks the matches won/lost by a team.
    • RDS - The number of rounds won by a team.
    • SETS - The number of sets won by a team.
    • GMS - The number of games won/lost by a team.
    • PTS - The toal points earned by a team.
    • WKS - The number of weeks a team has played.

    Team Detail Report

You can view a Team Detail Report by clicking on a team name in the Team Standings report. This displays the results of every match for the selected team. This report contains a ton of information that is not on any other report:

    • Opp. Points - Tracks the number of points a particular player's opponents have scored when playing them.
    • Opp. Run Out (BR/TR) - Tracks the number of run-outs a particular player's opponents have scored when playing them.

    Player Report

The player report is the second most viewed report in LMS. It contains the current player standings for all players in the division. Player standings are calculated from the information in the Player Standings Order field in team settings.

    Player Standings Setting

Using the standings order field, you specify the criteria that are most important to your division and the order in which you want the criteria applied. The following criteria are available. Please note that not all criteria will apply to every type of division.

    • Win % - The percentage of games won for each player.
    • Total Points - The total number of points earned by a player.
    • Average - The average number of points scored by a player.
    • Games Won - The number of games won by a player.

The standings order field lists all combinations of these criteria and lets you choose which ones you wish to see on the player report. For example, if you choose Win %|Total Points|Average as your criteria, those three fields will be listed on the player report. Players will first be ordered by Win %, then by Total Points, and finally by Average.

    Player Standings

You can sort the players by clicking on any of the column headings. The headings contain abbreviations. Here are their meanings:

    • # - The position of the player in the standings.
    • HDCP (Handicap) - The current handicap of the player if the division uses handicaps.
    • PTS F/A (Points For/Against) - The number of points scored by a player and the number of points scored against the player.
    • AVG - The player's average number of points.
    • WIN PCT - The player's winning percentage.
    • GMS WON (Games Won) - The number of games won by a player.
    • WKS - The number of weeks a player has played.
    • BR - The number of break-and-runs the player has. These only count if the operator scores the game as a BR.
    • TR - The number of table runs the player has. These only count if the operator scores the game as a TR.
    • WZ - The number of win-zips for the player. Again, these only count if a games is recorded as a WZ.
    • CW - The number of consecutive game wins the player has.
    • PM (Perfect Match) - The number of matches a player has without losing a game in the match.

    Players By Team Report

The Players by Team Report is a combination of the Team and the Player reports. It groups the players by team and then sorts them by the player standings criteria within each team. This is useful if evaluating team MVP for example.

    Player List

The Player List is simply a list of all of the players and their current Fargo ratings.

    Schedule

The Schedule report lists all of the matches in the division and their schedule data along with the location of the match. If a match has not yet been played, you can click on the match to view the rosters for the teams. If the match has been played, clicking on it will display a read-only view of the complted scoresheet.
