Scoresheet Builder
Overview
With the scoresheet builder, you can build scoresheet layouts that work the way your specific league works. You can have as many rounds, games, and players as you need including scotch-doubles matches--and by simply dragging-and-dropping you can specify exactly how your scoresheet works.
Layout
A scoresheet consists of one or more rounds that each contain one or more games. The most common case is that all rounds contain the same number of games though they are not required to do so. For example, one round may contain a few singles games while another round contains a scotch-doubles match.
The center section of the scoresheet builder represents the scoresheet itself. You will build up your custom scoresheet by dragging over rounds, then games, and then the players that will participate in those games.
For our example, we will create a scoresheet for a 3x3x1 league. In a 3x3x1, there are three rounds each of which contain three players from each team that player each other once.
First, we add the three rounds by dragging them from the Round marker on the left into the Scoresheet in the center.
We repeat that process two more times until we have three rounds.
Now we will add the games to the first round. In this round we will have a total of three games: Home Player 1 plays Away Player 1 (once) Home Player 2 plays Away Player 2 (once) Home Player 3 plays Away Player 3 (once)
We build this up by dragging three Singles Games markers from the left into the box in Round one labled "Drop singles -or- scotch games here". If you make a mistake, click the "X" in the corner to remove a marker. You can also drag them to a different location.
You will notice that a game marker contains two options. The left option sets the game type (8-, 9-, 10-ball, or any) and the right marker is an optional "multiplier". Using the multipier you can change how important a particular game is. For example, every game in your final round may count double. We will cover these more in the Options section.
Now, we finish this round by dragging over the player markers from the right. We first drag over the player that will be breaking in the first game. In this case it is Home Player 1. We then drag over the opponent, Away Player 1. Continue dragging over player markers until your scoresheet looks like this:
The remaining rounds are filled out in the same manner; however, you need to make sure that you get the correct players playing each other and the correct player breaking. If breaking isn't determined by the scoresheet but rather some other factor (e.g. lowest rated player breaks), you may disregard the order when placing the player markers for a particular game.
Tap the Save button when you are done and you've created your first custom scoresheet. You can make changes to your scoresheet at any point right up until you've entered your first real match.

Game Format Types
Games in LMS are either a singles game where one home player plays against one away player, or a doubles/scotch games where two or more players from the home team compete against two or more players from the away team (often referred two as scotch doubles). You can use the doubles/scotch game type to create scotch doubles/triples/quads/etc. The image below shows a scotch doubles game.
Game Types
You can specify the game type for each game on the scoresheet. Some divisions have different game types in different rounds (e.g. the first round is 8-ball, the second round is 9-ball, etc.). If you have a division like this, you can set the game type for each game using the left drop-down in the game marker. The options are:
- Any
- 8-ball
- 9-ball
- 10-ball
Multiplier
You can also specify how "valuable" a particular game is. By default, games scores count 100% but you can change this to one of the following options:
- 50%
- 100% (default)
- 200%
- 250%
- 300%
