FargoRate Integration

One of the most important reasons to use LMS is that it is completely integrated with FargoRate. This means you have access to all of the players in the FargoRate database along with their current ratings. You can also add players into the FargoRate database if they aren't already there. You can learn more about this in the Create Divisions and Teams/Players/Locations sections.

When matches are entered into LMS through either the mobile scoring app(s) or from paper scoresheets, these matches flow directly into FargoRate and will be reflected in player's ratings the next day.

As we said earlier, LMS allows you to create new players in FargoRate. In fact, every player that you put on a team must be in FargoRate. So...if you create a new player for one of your teams, say "Test Testerman", that player will now exist in FargoRate. Since no one wants a ton of fake players in the database, we are notified whenever new players are created so we can prevent this. You know, it's the whole "with great power comes great responsibility" thing.
